Greig is interested in bovine and companion animal medicine and surgery, and has 23 years experience. He is an experienced pregnancy tester using an ultrasound scanner. Greig is married and has two young children. They enjoy living on their lifestyle block and have a pet Scottish highland cow. He plays social touch rugby and basketball.

After growing up in Opunake I have come back to the Coast to practice my trade. I have a keen interest in dairy cow health and I am enjoying getting back involved in the local community and helping out farmers that support Coastal Rugby. Outside of work my interests include playing sport like squash and rugby, and spending time at the beach.

Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm originally from Wellington. I wanted to move to Taranaki since the middle of Vet School. I'm enjoying working in a dairy practice, but also enjoy working with companion animals. I love to get out on farm and doing calls. In my spare time I can be found on my inline skates playing hockey, out walking, at quiz nights, or spending time with my dogs at the beach.

Hi, I'm Kyle. I am originally from South Taranaki and was brought up on dairy farms for the majority of my life. I have always wanted to work with cattle and after finishing my studies I decided to return to Taranaki to do this. I enjoy tennis, basketball and most other activities; golf, squash, fishing and others to fill up my spare time. I look forward to meeting and working with you all.
Christina Drew (Tina)

Tina has been working as a farm vet in England for 2 and a half years since graduating from the Royal Vet School in Scotland. After coming to Coastal Vets on two separate visits as a student the mountain has drawn her back for a work sabbatical. Be sure to make Tina welcome but be warned that she is a weapon in the Cross-Fit arena so do not attempt an arm wrestle with her.

Hi, my name is Jarrod. I am originally from a small town called Te Aroha up in the Waikato where I grew up on a dairy farm. I have always enjoyed working with cattle and during my studies gained an interest in small animals as well. I spent a bit of time in Opunake during my studies and enjoyed the area and am looking forward to working and living here. Outside of work I like play rugby, a bit of golf, snowboarding and also enjoy fishing.

Callum grew up in Omata and has family connections in the Opunake area. He has a keen interest in both large and small animal medicine and surgery is looking forward to getting to know farmers and pet owners as he starts his career as a newly graduated vet. His interests outside of work include hunting, swimming, skateboarding, spending time with his fiancé Danni and taming his large family of pets which includes a dog, cat, rabbit, 3 goats, 2 horses and 4 lizards!

I have a golden retriever and a cavalier king Charles spaniel. I enjoy being outdoors, shopping, travelling, cooking and hanging out with my friends and family. I look forward to meeting you all.
Hi, my name is Briani. I am from Hawera and decided working with animals was what I wanted to do when I was older and Vet Nursing was what I picked. I chose to study Veterinary Nursing at Wanganui Vet Care Training in 2014. In my spare time I like to shop, spend time with my friends and also I enjoy dog agility. I spend a lot of time with my pets, Tilly, Buddy and Digit. I enjoy meeting people and their pets and helping farmers.

I am lucky enough to have returned to Coastal Vets in Kaponga after spending the last three years at home raising my little boy. When I'm not at work I am spending time with my son and my Golden Retriever Matilda.

I grew up in Opunake on a sheep and beef farm. I've been working as a tech for Coastal Vets since 2014 and am now full time. I enjoy cricket and rugby in my spare time, and socializing with my friends. I'll see you on farm.
